***Please note your 2015-2016 Administrative Fee will be reflected on the 9/30/2016 statement***

July 2016

Dear Philanthropic Fund Donor,

By now, I hope you have had the opportunity to navigate this new portal for your Philanthropic Fund.

Recently you received, via mail, your Philanthropic Fund statement with activity through June 30, 2016. Please note that this will be the last time you will receive a hard copy of your statement as it will be available each quarter, posted to your account. If you still require a hard copy, please let us know.

As part of our evolution to this new system and to continue to enhance your experience, we would like to offer an annual “open enrollment” period, this year from July 25, 2016 to August 25, 2016, to allow you to make any investment changes to your fund.

Click here to find the period ending June 30, 2016 investment reports on the Conservative, Moderate, and Growth portfolio funds. Note: Money Market Fund report is not available. If you would like to make a change, please return the investment fund change form to Rita Eisenberg on or before August 25, 2016.

Let me also take this opportunity to remind you that contributions to your Fund still offer significant tax savings. You may make contributions by check or transfer stock or other securities to the Foundation. If you choose to transfer stock, please let us know the name and number of shares of stock you are transferring so that we can correctly credit the proceeds to your Philanthropic Fund.

Your continued and generous support is deeply appreciated. If you have any questions about your fund, please call either Rita Eisenberg at (954) 252-6939, or Keith Goldmann, at (954) 660-2085.
